What You Will Do? -Supervise administrative, accounting, financial, and tax closings. -Ensure accurate settlements for routes, returns, and deposits. -Audit inventories and processes to reduce inconsistencies. -Validate delivery charges and manage accounts with customers and carriers. -Resolve operational and reconciliation discrepancies. -Implement and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency. -Prepare comparative reports to drive continuous improvement. WHAT WE SEEK: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Transportation Engineering, or Business Administration. Experience: Companies in transportation, customer and carrier interaction, personnel management, and data analysis. Technical Knowledge: Transportation, accounting, economics, taxation, and administration. Proficiency in TMS, accounting software (COI, NOI, Compaq, SUA, IDSE), and SAP. KEY COMPETENCIES: Adaptability, effective communication, and results orientation. Leadership, decision-making, and negotiation. Teamwork and problem-solving.
