Work Modality: On-site / Hybrid (depending on location) Responsibilities: * Management of operating permits and licenses. * Procedures before municipal, state, and federal authorities. * Corporate formation and regularization (if applicable). * Drafting and reviewing contracts (suppliers, leasing, distribution, customers). * Regulatory compliance in commercial, environmental, and electric mobility matters. * Monitoring trademark and intellectual property registrations. * Preventive legal advisory to ensure proper business operation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Law (graduated or in the process of graduation). * Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in corporate, administrative, or business settings). * Knowledge of government procedures and commercial regulation. * Organized, proactive individual with strong follow-up capability. * Interest in innovation, electric mobility, and new technologies.
