At RES, we are seeking **Wind Turbine Maintenance Technicians for the Vientos del Altiplano Wind Farm, located in Majoma, Zacatecas**. **This vacancy is open only to local residents of Zacatecas.** **Main Responsibilities:** - Support and perform corrective maintenance; monitor and anticipate turbine failures by analyzing available operational data from the wind farm. - Identify failure causes and repair them as quickly as possible, depending on the complexity of each task. - Assess occupational health and safety risks, as well as other risks affecting the management system within their area of responsibility. - Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to the plan communicated by their supervisor and meet established deadlines. - Report documentation and completed work activities to the team leader and/or supervisor for subsequent control and follow-up. - Complete checklists for each task performed. - Submit work reports via the internal platform. - Perform alignment of multipliers and generators. **Requirements:** - Technical diploma (mid- or higher-level) in Electricity and/or Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. - Valid GWO certification. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in O&M at wind farms. - Valid driver’s license. - Willingness and ability to travel.
