The incumbent will guarantee that operational expenditure (OPEX) and capital investment (CAPEX) align with the Group’s financial strategy, identifying critical variances and managing associated financial risks arising from operations. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** Functions include, but are not limited to: * Budget Management and Reporting * Lead budgetary control and monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX for all regional assets. * Prepare cost estimates and annual closing forecasts per project. * Identify budget variances, linking them to a risk-and-opportunity matrix. * Prepare detailed management reports (Reporting) for regional management. * Operational and Asset Control * Coordinate with Regional Managers on preparation of the annual OPEX budget. * Execute the certification process for O\&M (Operations and Maintenance) work. * Conduct operational cost analysis for both the maintenance contractor and the Group’s SPVs. * Provide historical cost information to support bid development for new projects. * Data Integrity and Administrative Processes * Monitor and ensure proper cost classification within the system. * Manage and supervise invoice issuance. * Coordinate and validate monthly cost reclassifications. * Guarantee data reliability and cleanliness in SAP and other management tools. **Skills and Competencies:** * Effective Communication and Assertiveness: Ability to interact with operational and executive levels. * Results Orientation: Mindset focused on efficiency and savings. * Leadership: Ability to manage and develop work teams. * Planning and Organization: Capacity to manage multiple projects and monthly closings under pressure. 6\. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) * % variance between executed vs. budgeted budget. * Accuracy of annual forecast. * Average time for O\&M work certification. * Quality and veracity of information in SAP. **Candidate Requirements** **Profile:** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). * Preferred: Specialization in Corporate Finance or Management Control. **Professional Experience:** * 5–8 years in similar Cost Control or Controlling roles. * Mandatory: Solid hands-on experience with SAP. * Preferred: Prior experience in the Renewable Energy Generation sector.
