Welcome to Bosch! **Descripción del empleo** **Ensure the quality of purchased components from external suppliers in accordance with M/PUQ\-QueP procedures, with the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the final component delivered to customers.** * Manage quality incidents in the plant, material containment, and ensure the continuous flow of defect\-free materials to the plant. * Supervise and support supplier quality cost recovery. * Manage supplier concessions resulting from quality incidents. * Prepare specific reports for the division (Inc/bn CRI – SRI, RRDC, Concessions). * Support PPAP approvals. * Coordinate teams of 5 or more associates: assign tasks and schedules, monitor work, and support the team through coaching. **Requisitos** **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** or a related technical field from an accredited institution. * **Experience:** Minimum **7 years** of experience, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment. * **Language Skills:** **Advanced English** proficiency required (ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with international suppliers and stakeholders).
