We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Analyst**. Apply if you meet the following profile: * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or related fields. * Courses or certifications in customer service (preferred). * CRM software proficiency. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or after-sales. * Experience in solar energy, technology, or technical service companies (preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills (assessment required). * Residency near the area (preferred). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Providing advisory services and technical support to customers. * Generating reports on energy production and consumption. * Analyzing, identifying, and resolving issues.
