Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to perform maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and installation of CCTV systems, including customer service and preparation of reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and installation of video surveillance systems 2. Diagnosis and resolution of technical failures in CCTV 3. Customer service and preparation of technical reports • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV systems. • Diagnose and resolve technical failures in cameras, DVR/NVR, and networks. • Install and configure video surveillance systems (IP and analog). • Conduct on-site surveys for new projects. • Configure equipment: cameras, recorders, switches, networks. • Prepare technical service reports. • Provide on-site customer service. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate 2 years of experience Age: between 20 and 30 years Knowledge: Cameras, CCTV, Report preparation, Installations, Corrective maintenance, Equipment maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Networks, Technical service Driver's license: Class A Willingness to travel: Yes
