Focus on market research and consumer service **SAVIIA is seeking a Recruitment Analyst in Cuauhtémoc \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **SAVIIA**, a market and consumer research company, is seeking: **Recruitment Analyst** If you have experience in administrative, operational, and/or customer service activities and are looking for dynamic, entertaining, and fun work, this position is for you. **To apply, please consider the following:** You hold an incomplete or completed undergraduate degree. At least 2 years of experience in mass recruitment and/or operational profiles such as call centers, financial institutions, money exchange services, or similar roles. You are a dynamic, active, and proactive individual. You live nearby or have no objection to commuting daily to the Cuauhtémoc borough of CDMX. You are available to work full-time, onsite at our facilities, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. **Your main responsibilities in this position will include:** Recruiting consumers for market research programs Screening candidates for participation in the project Promoting the program to the general public Providing consumer assistance and guidance via WhatsApp, social media, and phone for registration and participation in the program Inviting consumers and scheduling appointments for testing, according to the type of application (onsite, remote, or at strategic locations) Receiving samples (counting, shipping, etc.) Preparing tests (coding, labeling, dividing) Entering data into internal systems Validating requirements prior to test administration Preparing sensory booths, kitchens, and materials prior to testing Administering tests at our facilities Maintaining cleanliness of all work areas (kitchen, sensory booths, etc.) Complying with workplace safety and hygiene protocols Providing timely and effective customer service **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Recruitment of operational profiles Intermediate Office skills (Excel databases and PowerPoint) Excellent writing and spelling skills **We Offer:** An excellent workplace for professional growth Gross monthly salary of $ 10,000 to 15,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Statutory benefits from day one (social security, vacation, and year-end bonus) Minor medical expense insurance If you are interested and meet the profile requirements, please apply through this channel by attaching your updated CV and specifying your salary expectations.
