Collaborative work environment **Department:** Human Resources **Reports to:** Human Resources Manager **Job Purpose:** Support the validation, control, and analysis of Human Resources department information, ensuring that databases, operational reports, and departmental metrics remain up-to-date and reliable for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Review and validate accurate data entry into HR databases and systems. * Assist in cleansing and updating candidate, hiring, and termination information. * Prepare periodic reports on recruitment and staffing metrics. * Consolidate information generated by the recruitment team for managerial reporting. * Assist in developing control dashboards and charts in Excel. * Identify data inconsistencies and report them to the Human Resources Management team. * Support automation of operational reports to improve information control. **Required Profile** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
