




Position Summary: Provide comprehensive support to Human Resources processes, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives through the proper execution of key activities. Participation in corporate culture initiatives Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department’s processes, ensuring the proper execution of activities related to recruitment and selection, personnel administration, training, workplace climate, and regulatory compliance, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain the employee database up to date. * Support the preparation and management of employment contracts. * Manage onboarding and induction processes. * Monitor performance evaluations. * Coordinate training and development activities. * Support payroll administration and incident management (as per organizational structure). EXPERIENCE 1 YEAR * Address employee inquiries regarding internal policies and benefits. * Participate in organizational climate and corporate culture initiatives. * Prepare departmental reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage). * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. **Experience** * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles within the Human Resources area. **Technical Knowledge** * Recruitment and selection processes. * Personnel administration. * Basic labor legislation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Use of HR management systems (ERP or specialized software). * Payroll systems: NOI, SUA, IMSS, INFONAVIT **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Service orientation. * Teamwork. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Analytical ability.
