Job Description Responsibilities: In collaboration with the Team Manager, the role will involve: * Conducting energy audits and diagnostics, as well as assessing clients’ technical requirements, to identify potential energy-saving or advanced energy management solutions. * Preparing technical documentation for assigned projects, both during the study and proposal phase and during project development and execution. * Drafting technical specifications and technical reports for implementation projects, including sizing, design, calculation, planning, and budgeting at both investment and recurring cost levels (operation, maintenance, etc.). * Coordinating supplier pricing requests (either ad hoc or via tenders) in direct collaboration and cooperation with the Procurement Department, updating, reviewing, and/or responding to suppliers’ technical queries regarding projects. * Providing technical supervision and follow-up of assigned projects, supporting execution and operation from conceptual and basic design through detailed design and as-built stages. * Participating in pre-execution layout reviews, as well as proposing technical-economic improvements arising during project execution. * Developing and updating calculation and design tools required to size installations and estimate achieved savings. Candidate Requirements Candidate Requirements: Education/Qualifications: Degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, directly related to energy infrastructure (renewable or conventional). Additional Training: * Specific training in commercial and industrial refrigeration, HVAC, steam, and/or compressed air systems will be valued. * Possession of CMVP and/or CEM certification—or familiarity with relevant procedures and protocols—will be valued. Profile: * Experience in designing, calculating, quoting, and executing energy efficiency projects. * Experience in electrical sizing of installations and/or thermal system sizing. * Knowledge of equipment and suppliers for systems and installations related to small- and medium-scale energy generation, as well as energy efficiency. * Strong communication and synthesis skills when interacting with external clients (e.g., technical project presentations) and internal stakeholders (e.g., project meetings, external partners, and suppliers). * Experience using design tools such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Project, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, etc. Languages/Proficiency: English: Spoken and written; high level, capable of conducting technical conversations with clients and/or partners. Years of Required Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the sector.
