Location (Cuauhtémoc, 10 minutes from Patriotismo metro station) Position Objective Establish guidelines to ensure proper control over invoice cancellations and reissuances by reviewing supporting documents—electronic files aligned with cancellation reasons—to identify deviations in the cancellation process and minimize the volume of cancelled invoices. Requirements * Education: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree * 1 year of experience in billing, including invoices, credit memos, or debit memos; customer billing follow-up * Knowledge of Billing 4\.0 * SAP preferred or other ERP system * Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cross-referencing Job Functions or Activities * Prepare and review daily billing for the assigned district using the SAP system to ensure all services used by customers are billed on the corresponding cutoff date. * Prepare assigned reports. * Review supporting documents for invoice and credit memo cancellations. * Create Business Requirement Documents for transaction modifications in SAP, as well as perform SAP quality testing prior to deployment to production environment. * Analyze customer data from Estafeta Mexicana. * Support billing assistants. * Perform any other activities or functions assigned by the immediate supervisor related to this position.
