Job stability IMPORTANT: CONSTRUCTION AND PREFABRICATION COMPANY IS HIRING ***SYSTEMS ASSISTANT*** **JOB OBJECTIVE** Provide technical and operational support to various departments within the company, ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment, networks, systems, and technological platforms to guarantee business continuity. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Install, configure, and update operating systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures. * Install and configure software, peripherals, and technological equipment. * Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal users. * Perform basic data backup and recovery. * Assist in network administration and maintenance. * Support and track ERP system training. * Manage and update inventories of equipment and technological assets. * Conduct basic cybersecurity monitoring and backups. * Assist with tasks related to technological infrastructure and telecommunications. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * On-site and remote technical support. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Installation and configuration of operating systems. * Networks and structured cabling. * Remote support tools. * Office productivity software and Microsoft Office suite. * Cybersecurity and data backup. * Diagnosis and repair of equipment failures. * Basic programming and database knowledge. * Basic network administration and maintenance. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Education: Technical Superior Degree, Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Prior experience in technical support, network maintenance, and cybersecurity is desirable. * Basic/Intermediate technical English. * Age between 20 and 28 years. * Proactivity, responsibility, and service-oriented attitude. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support end users. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Availability for on-site work. **WE OFFER** * Monthly salary of $12,000 net. * Bi-weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION** * On-site work mode. * Location: Federal Highway Puebla–Atlixco. * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. * Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs.
