Job Summary: Support the operation, maintenance, and support of core banking systems (HOST) in mainframe and hybrid architecture environments, collaborating with development teams. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with development and integration teams **Job Objective** Support the operation, maintenance, and support of core banking systems (HOST), participating in learning and development within mainframe and hybrid architecture environments. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in monitoring batch and transactional processes * First-level support for core systems (HOST) * Execution and tracking of jobs (JCL) * Basic incident analysis and escalation * Support in maintaining existing COBOL programs * Documentation of processes and operational workflows * Collaboration with development and integration teams **Candidate Profile** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience) * Interest in banking systems and legacy technology * Basic programming knowledge (any language) * Programming logic and basic debugging **Desirable (not mandatory):** * Basic knowledge of COBOL or mainframe * Basic SQL * Knowledge of batch processes Salary: Up to $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Gym membership * Grocery vouchers Work Location: Hybrid remote work in 06600, Juárez, CDMX
