Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst / Operational Control professional to ensure the proper functioning of processes within the ERP system, identifying and correcting deviations. Carretera Lecheria \- Los Reyes km23\+500, Colonia La Magdalena Panoaya** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** **Work Mode: On-site** **About the Company** A Mexican company in the coffee sector, operating in production, marketing, and maintenance of machinery, currently undergoing internal reorganization. We seek to bring onboard a key individual who can help organize and control processes through the system. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of processes within the system (ERP), identifying errors, correcting deviations, and monitoring cross-departmental operations. Main Responsibilities * Supervise correct usage of the ERP system (Odoo or similar) * Identify errors in sales, collections, warehouse, production, and accounting processes * Correct deviations and follow up with involved departments * Support implementation of best practices for system usage * Track machinery maintenance requests (communication with customers and technical department) * Coordinate information across departments to ensure proper order flow Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Experience managing ERP or CRM systems (mandatory) * Experience in operational or process control * Basic/intermediate Excel skills * Residency near Texcoco or willingness to commute Desired Profile * Analytical and observant individual * Focused on order and control * Proactive with ability to propose improvements * Capable of working independently without constant supervision * Assertive in identifying errors and following up What We Offer * Salary: $11,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunity within the project Important Note We seek a candidate eager to engage directly with the company’s actual operations and contribute to process improvement.
