Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects At **BORO**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of hoses, we are looking for a **Systems and IT Support Analyst** who ensures the continuous operation of our technological infrastructure and provides technical support to organizational users. We seek a candidate with a **practical, solution-oriented, and service-focused mindset**, who enjoys resolving technical issues and improving processes through the use of tools and systems. **Job Objective** Ensure proper functioning of the company’s systems, equipment, and technological infrastructure by providing technical support to users, managing information systems, and participating in process improvement and digitalization projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and systems * Install and configure computing equipment, printers, and peripherals * Manage networks, servers, and technological services * Ensure operation of information systems (ERP, email, network) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment * Manage data backups and verify their integrity * Document technological configurations and processes * Control inventory of IT equipment and assets * Identify technological risks or vulnerabilities * Participate in technological improvement and process automation projects **Requirements** **Education** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field **Experience** 3–5 years in technical support or IT infrastructure roles **Technical Knowledge** * LAN/WAN networks * User and equipment administration * ERP or administrative systems * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution * Data backup and security * Database management or basic SQL (preferred) * Documentation of technological processes **Key Competencies** * High sense of urgency * Problem-solving ability * Service-oriented attitude * Organization and documentation skills * Effective communication * Initiative and continuous improvement **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$20,000 – $24,000 gross** * Enhanced benefits (food vouchers, 30-day year-end bonus, Savings Fund, Savings Box). * Job stability * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Participation in technological improvement projects **Location** **100% on-site work, Monday to Friday.** **At BORO, we seek individuals eager to grow, continuously improve, and deliver real value to the organization.** If you enjoy solving technical problems, supporting users, and participating in improvement projects, **we want to meet you.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings Box * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * In Similar Position: 5 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
