




Position Summary: This multifaceted role focuses on the comprehensive coordination of human resources—from recruitment and personnel administration to payroll management and organizational development. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination of recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. 2. Full administration of biweekly payroll and benefits. 3. Management of organizational development and workplace climate. · **Coordination of the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for personnel.** Manage posting of vacancies on authorized platforms and ensure follow-up on each. Select CVs aligned with the vacancy’s profile requirements and conduct interviews to present the most suitable candidates. Coordinate the selection process: candidate interviews, sending candidates for psychometric assessments, reviewing references or socioeconomic background checks if required, to ensure final candidate selection for the position. Coordinate the hiring process for the selected candidate: define the start date, manage documentation for personnel files, present the economic proposal (where applicable), prepare and sign the employment contract. Onboard new hires: introduce the organization, register in the timekeeping system, issue ID badges, generate payroll cards, arrange parking access (if applicable), enroll in payroll, and submit IMSS registration requests. · **Preparation of biweekly payroll and payment of benefits.** Calculate commissions for personnel (sales staff and sales coordinators) and validate information with sales coordinators. Calculate benefit payments (vacation bonus, year-end bonus, overtime, compensations, bonuses, etc.), as well as severance and settlement payments. Prepare payroll in Contpaqi\-nóminas, entering commissions, bonuses, benefits, and all related incidents (disabilities, vacations, INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans, deductions for absences, leaves, loans, uniforms, etc.). Monitor payroll execution (review and authorize amounts, upload to banking systems, track disbursement), ensuring employees receive accurate payments on time. · **Personnel Administration.** Administer the Training process, including Training Needs Assessment, and developing and implementing training plans. Manage personnel incidents (disabilities, vacations, leaves, absences, INFONAVIT matters, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate recording of personnel movements. Handle personnel terminations (voluntary and negotiated), preparing documentation required by labor legislation. Monitor implementation of the Internal Work Regulations, including applying administrative sanctions when necessary. Administer personnel files (active and terminated employees), controlling included documentation. Provide personnel support (handling complaints, HR-related requests). Organize personnel engagement events (birthdays, holiday parties, anniversaries, and other events as directed by management). Administer the organization’s fixed assets (utility vehicles, licenses, work tools). · **Management of Organizational Development Processes.** Coordinate Organizational Development activities, facilitating performance and talent calibration processes and generating action plans to ensure employee improvement initiatives. Update job descriptions and position profiles, conduct position-based performance evaluations and KPI assessments. Foster a healthy workplace climate through specialized organizational development and integration programs and activities essential to align with organizational strategies. Maintain, update, and publish organizational processes, procedures, and policies. Organizational communication.
