Implementing instructional design methodologies and the CONOCER Network. **Sears is seeking a Training Coordinator at Plaza Carrousel \- Tijuana, Baja California** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Sears CARROUSEL Training Coordinator** **Job Mission** Elevate staff competency levels by designing and implementing strategic training programs, ensuring the team meets the store’s operational and service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Training and Development:** Design training programs and lead onboarding (onboarding) processes for new hires. * **Regulatory Management:** Manage procedures with the STPS, conduct Needs Diagnosis (**DNC**), and issue **DC\-3** forms. * **Follow\-up:** Evaluate staff performance post\-training and apply group facilitation techniques. * **Standards:** Implement methodologies based on instructional design and the CONOCER Network. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Communication, or related field (completed). * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of experience in corporate training and development, especially with groups. * **Knowledge:** Legal procedures (STPS), instructional design, and performance evaluation tools. * **Availability:** Monday through Saturday. ### **We Offer** * Competitive fixed salary. * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **Grocery vouchers.** * Savings fund. * Exclusive employee discounts and academic scholarships. ### **How to Join Our Team?** **1\.
