




Position Summary: Coordinate daily imports/exports, manage systems, organize delivery routes, control inventory, and supervise staff. Key Highlights: 1. Manages daily import, export, and delivery logistics 2. Responsible for inventory control and raw material management 3. Supervises staff and documents processes according to ISO 9000-2015 standards Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Perform daily imports and exports for 3 drivers** **Use of IMex system** **Deliver documentation to local drivers for delivering finished products to customers.** **Organize daily delivery routes.** **Schedule delivery dates and times for finished products** Receive raw materials from suppliers and submit receipt information. Verify that raw materials arrive in good condition and quality. Report poor-quality raw materials to purchasing and suppliers. Record in Monday, scan raw materials. Enter the corresponding quantity of material into production orders. Control and record imported materials. Supervise execution and updating of sheet metal inventory. Send finished product inventory reports to management and sales. Ink inventory. Supply inventory. Place supply orders for production (pallets, inks, paste, nails, staples, wire, rubber, strapping, film, etc.). Maintain, complete, and safeguard warehouse and logistics documentation per ISO 9000\-2015. Work with personnel under supervision. Use and operate Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word.
