Quality Management System Analyst

Description

Position Summary: A professional responsible for managing the Quality Management System, ensuring its monitoring and continuous improvement, assisting in audits and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and improves the Quality Management System (QMS). 2. Assists in internal and external quality audits. 3. Provides training on QMS, corrective actions, and Lean tools. Description and details of activities * Manages and controls the Quality Management System and follows up on findings to ensure continuous improvement. * Reviews and monitors the QMS. * Delivers training courses on Quality Policy. * Archives all generated information. * Controls documents. * Documents work orders. * Inspects black material and galvanized material. * Monitors the calibration program. * Supports the Quality Assurance Manager in implementing the Quality Management System, monitoring, and related process activities. * Supports the Quality Assurance Manager in managing and coordinating internal and external audits. * Understands and interprets the Mexican standard NMX-004-SCFI and the ASTM A123/A123M standard. * Assists in developing procedures, work instructions, and quality process and Quality Management System forms. * Assists in developing and coordinating corrective and preventive actions as they arise. * Properly and fully wears personal protective equipment and complies with internal work regulations. * Uses and maintains the areas where activities are performed. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. * Training in Quality Management Systems, corrective actions, and Lean tools. * Experience in a similar position. * Orientation: "Company Introduction", Quality Policy, ISO 9001-2015 Introduction, Safety Introduction, knowledge of galvanizing standards (NMX-004-SCFI, ASTM-123), knowledge of quality methodology and tools.
