Job Summary: Analyst will manage supplier quality, audits, and improvement for raw materials, ensuring production quality and smooth operations while training IQC inspectors. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier quality management and audits for raw materials. 2. Resolution of material quality issues on the production line. 3. Training of IQC inspectors and improvement of quality documents. Description and Details of Responsibilities Supplier audit, surveillance, and quality improvement for incoming raw materials. Ensures the consistent application of inspections and tests. Reviews and analyzes the results of inspection tests and supervises the disposition of products rejected by suppliers. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** 1\. Analyze and handle material quality issues from the production line to ensure smooth production. 2\. Collaborate with other colleagues to implement corrective actions. 3\. Monitor suppliers’ quality performance and drive suppliers to improve. 4\. Evaluate and qualify new suppliers jointly with SPD and Engineering. 5\. Evaluate supplier performance monthly and conduct annual supplier audits. 6\. Train suppliers on quality-related matters. 7\. Issue NCR or SCAR reports to suppliers and follow up on corrective actions. 8\. Train IQC inspectors and enhance their inspection skills. 9\. Manage and improve IQC & SQE documentation. 10\. Perform other assignments as directed by superiors. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher. * Minimum of 4 years of experience. * Strong English speaking and listening skills. * Frequent travel to supplier facilities required. * Capable of managing calibration of measuring instruments. * Able to participate in continuous improvement teams. * Certified Lead Auditor for ISO/QS or FDA standards. * ASQ Certification as a Quality Engineer is desirable.
