Coordinate operational staff and contractors At **ISEM Engineering**, a company specialized in installation and maintenance of electrical systems, we are seeking a committed, organized, results-oriented Electromechanical Engineer for the role of **Construction Resident**, to join our team and lead field projects. **What will you do in this position?** * Supervise on-site electrical construction execution * Coordinate operational staff and contractors * Ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and safety requirements * Prepare progress reports and construction control reports * Interpret electrical drawings and track modifications * Manage materials and resources required for the project * Maintain constant communication with clients and internal teams **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary based on experience. Position Type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $3,700.00 - $4,200.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
