Warehouse Manager

**Position Title:** Warehouse Manager **Department:** Logistics / Operations **Reports To:** Logistics Manager / Operations Manager **Supervises:** Warehouse Assistants, Butcher, and Driver. **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to goods receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, ensuring proper material flow and compliance with the company’s established standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise product receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Control inventories, ensuring correct rotation (FIFO, etc.) and stock accuracy. * Coordinate and lead the warehouse team, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. * Verify compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse. * Manage maintenance and proper use of equipment (vehicles, tools, PPE, etc.). * Prepare inventory reports, inbound/outbound logs, shrinkage reports, and other key indicators. * Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Sales departments to ensure timely product availability. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information and documentation. * Propose improvements to logistics and storage processes. **Position Requirements:** **Education:** * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in similar supervisory roles within warehouses. * Knowledge of inventory control, internal logistics, and ERP/WMS systems (Kitchen Soft). **Skills:** * Leadership and personnel management * Organization and planning * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Proficiency in Excel and management systems * Responsibility * Availability **Other:** * Driver’s license preferred * Availability to rotate rest days * PC proficiency Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Cafeteria service Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Warehouse Manager: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
