Implementation of continuous improvements to optimize efficiency Key Functions and Responsibilities Operations Management: Coordinate the daily inbound and outbound flow, ensuring on-time delivery and productivity targets are met. Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate the operational team (operators, spotters, cleaning staff), evaluate their performance, and take corrective actions. Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (zero accidents), maintain order and cleanliness (5S), and guarantee proper operation of machinery. Inventory Control: Supervise the organization, location, and safeguarding of materials or equipment, ensuring physical inventory accuracy against system records. Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery (tractors) and yard infrastructure. Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, evaluating the use of technology such as ERP or WMS software.
