Job Description and Responsibilities **Responsibilities**: * Analyze markets, price trends, and supply risks for critical raw materials. * Implement dual-sourcing strategies and contingency plans for key inputs. * Coordinate supplier onboarding, evaluation, and qualification processes. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain within the restaurant, food, food retail, or CEDIS industries. * Experience negotiating with suppliers of food, beverages, and consumables. * Experience collaborating with operational areas (restaurants / franchises / CEDIS). * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency * Willingness to travel * Valid visa preferred * Advanced Excel, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
