Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate corrective and facility maintenance activities, optimizing equipment, leading maintenance planning, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all corrective and facility maintenance activities, ensuring reduced downtime and optimized operational performance of equipment and facilities. Lead the development and implementation of monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance plans for the department, promoting team efficiency and contributing to improvements in company KPIs. Additionally, implement and maintain an effective maintenance program for all equipment and support services, guaranteeing their proper operation, minimizing the risk of failures that could affect safety and product quality, and ensuring cleaning and maintenance systems uphold appropriate standards for equipment and environment, minimizing contamination risk. 1\. Supervise and coordinate corrective maintenance. To ensure tasks are completed efficiently and proactively, through monthly/semi-annual and annual work plans. 2\. Development and implementation of maintenance plans. To focus on critical or repetitive areas. Through a TOP 5 list of frequently failing machines. 3\. Management of materials and spare parts. To ensure critical supplies or components are available in the warehouse for use. Achieved by registering machine materials and maintaining a logbook. The format has been extended to other supervisors. 4\. Supervise and reinforce compliance with quality and safety standards across all maintenance and facility areas, promoting a culture of good practices through meetings, training sessions, implementation of 5S programs, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) forms, aiming to prevent any risk of final product contamination. Experience and Requirements * Professional-level education verified, e.g., Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in maintenance within the paper industry. * Leadership, effective communication, analytical thinking, and proactive attitude. * English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).
