The objective is to gain professional experience while contributing to optimizing efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Support **process documentation**, development of work instructions, and maintenance of operational standards. * Participate in **continuous improvement** activities (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). * Conduct **time and motion studies** to identify optimization opportunities. * Support the **implementation of engineering changes** or process modifications. * Assist in **collection and analysis of production data** (scrap, productivity, downtime, etc.). * Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues. * Participate in internal audits and follow-up on action plans. * Contribute to the development of **safety initiatives** within the manufacturing area. **Requirements** -------------- * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Availability for internship schedule. * Basic knowledge of: + Lean Manufacturing + Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel preferred) + Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings (preferred) * Ability to analyze data and propose solutions. * Proactive attitude, effective communication skills, and enthusiasm for working on the shop floor.
