Position Summary: NAPS México is seeking a Master Scheduler to coordinate the supply chain, lead OEM programs, manage order planning, and direct procurement activities in automotive interior manufacturing. Inventory strategy definition and execution. **NAPS México is seeking a Master Scheduler in Tijuana, Baja California** ------------------------------------------------------------------ A company dedicated to manufacturing customized automotive interiors, specializing in tailor-made leather seat covers, is looking for a **Master Scheduler**. **Objective** Coordinate the supply chain for the Tijuana and Ensenada plants. **Responsibilities** * Lead OEM programs, including order administration, tracking, and coordination with customers and converters. * Manage master scheduling and production control, ensuring plan adherence and proper capacity utilization. * Administer the order planning process, productive capacity, and demand prioritization. * Direct procurement activities, ensuring timely material availability and proper coordination with suppliers. * Define and execute inventory strategies balancing service levels, operational efficiency, and working capital. * Establish and maintain processes and systems for order management, tracking, and visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and program management to ensure supply chain continuity.
