Job Summary: Production Supervisor to coordinate the end-to-end production flow of aluminum structures, plan and control daily and weekly production, and lead the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize performance and control scrap **Night Shift Production Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree. * Intermediate English. * Experience in a similar position. * Schedule availability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements for the aluminum structure production area by coordinating the end\-to\-end production flow from cutting and bending to final assembly. * Plan and control daily and weekly production, and lead the production team. * Material cutting and preparation: validation of cut lists, yield optimization, and scrap control. * Tube bending, deburring, and chamfering/beveling. **Benefits:** Weekly salary, benefits exceeding statutory requirements, savings fund, SGMM, life insurance, grocery vouchers, additional benefits. **Schedule:** Sunday through Friday, 11:30 pm to 06:30 am. **Location:** Pacífico Industrial Park (Barcelona Residencial).
