Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive SMT engineer to configure and maintain machines, program equipment, and collaborate to improve production quality and efficiency in the electronics sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. SMT machinery configuration and maintenance 2. Programming of Pick & Place and AOI equipment 3. Inter-departmental collaboration for continuous improvement Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities * SMT machine setup and routine maintenance. * Prepare the Pick \& Place program for SMT production. * Prepare the AOI inspection program for products. * Prepare work instructions (WI) for the SMT production line. * On-site support for SMT production; implement measures to improve product quality and machine efficiency. * Provide machine operation training to workers. * Collaborate with other departments such as PMC, QA, PE, and assembly line to resolve production issues. * Other duties assigned to the position.
