




Job Summary: A professional who will manage equipment maintenance, optimize machinery performance, lead the installation of new equipment, and ensure automation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Optimizes machinery performance and leads installations. 3. Ensures system automation and digitalization. Description and details of activities Manage equipment maintenance by executing preventive (PM) and corrective (BM) maintenance plans, ensuring rapid fault resolution and spare parts control; optimize machinery performance by improving indicators such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF; lead the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment (NPI) in coordination with Process Engineering; and ensure automation and digitalization through maintenance of PLCs, HMIs, robots, and vision systems, guaranteeing their integration with platforms such as MES/EAP. Experience and Requirements * Professional with a university degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in English as a working language. * Solid knowledge of mechatronics is required. * Knowledge of interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams, as well as PLC programming and diagnostics (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron). * Experience with precision components (servomotors, sensors, robots) and vision systems; proficiency with diagnostic tools and software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks; and familiarity with electronic manufacturing equipment including wave soldering, dispensing, screw driving, ultrasonic welding, and vacuum systems.
