Join us to redefine the boundaries of what’s possible! We are seeking a Facilities Technician A **Key Responsibilities:** Adhere to company-defined safety standards to safeguard your own safety. Support identification and correction of areas for improvement within the work environment. Comply with company-established policies. Proper use and care of tools, equipment, and facilities owned by ELM / ETO Tijuana. Support achievement of objectives related to building preservation and operational reliability of peripheral assets. Ensure order and cleanliness in areas where maintenance is performed / tools are stored. Report necessary information to leadership to continuously improve preventive maintenance plans and prevent recurrence of identified failure modes. Complete consumption logs (water, electricity, etc.). Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and sanitary plumbing installations; drywall work; patching and painting. Maintenance of building equipment such as compressors, air conditioning units, chillers, fire suppression systems, water treatment systems, lighting, electrical panels, extraction and ventilation systems, doors, etc. Maintenance of green areas and irrigation systems. Operation of lifting equipment, freight elevators, and hand tools. Perform clear technical diagnostics and reports on failures in HVAC equipment (chillers, air handling units, humidifiers, etc.). Diagnose failures in electrical systems, including: Thermography. Correct sizing of electrical feeders. Use of electrical measurement equipment, applying principles such as Ohm’s Law. **Key Requirements:** Completed technical degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or related field; ability to interpret blueprints (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical circuits). Proven experience in general building or facility maintenance (minimum 5 years). Basic experience in hazardous tasks, compliant with Mexican Official Standards (NOM): working at heights; residential and industrial single-phase and three-phase electrical work (110 V, 220 V, 480 V); cutting and welding; Lockout/Tagout (LOTO); pressure vessels, etc. Basic knowledge of electronics and control systems, refrigeration, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, extraction, fire suppression, and residential/industrial electrical systems. Industrial safety, chemical handling, Microsoft Office \- basic level. Desirable knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485\. Knowledge of good documentation practices for ISO 13485 compliance, ensuring proper documentation completion. Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues in building equipment, including refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, compressors, etc. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
