Your Role We are seeking a Distribution Center Manager who manages, plans, organizes, and resolves distribution center functions and divisional requirements (wholesale/retail). Plans and maintains systems, processes, and procedures for operational efficiency. Manages staff for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Manages and resolves issues across all distribution center functions. * Schedules staff and oversees daily business operations, labor standards, and departmental plans to ensure adherence to established delivery standards. * Provides input for the budgeting process and evaluates daily budget compliance. * Assists in the interview process and makes recommendations regarding hiring or termination of associates. * Conducts performance evaluations and provides guidance to associates as needed. * Manages the development of personnel under supervision. * Comply with and enforce Quality and EHS requirements. * Contribute to service level achievement. * Promote continuous improvement practices. * Conduct process and system audits.
