Job Description: Experience in operations such as logistics/ground transportation, suppliers, customers, administration; minimum 7 years’ industry experience; 100% English proficiency; ability to travel. 1\.0 Purpose of the Position Supervise GRT MOVE operations and ensure compliance with service standards and customer and supplier satisfaction. Ensure optimal business operational performance and productive use of company assets. English 90% Key Responsibilities (List activities) 1\. Daily monitoring of operational KPIs for customers and carriers. 2\. Supervise that daily KPI reports are completed accurately and on time by coordinators. 3\. Review that tracking reports are properly completed and updated. 4\. Verify shipments are correctly and timely closed. 5\. Coordinate shift-to-shift follow-up for applicable operations. 6\. Review with coordinators that PROs are properly completed and closed. 7\. Ensure customer status updates are sent accurately and on time. 8\. Present daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for assigned accounts. 9\. Propose effective solutions to customer or supplier complaints. 10\. Ensure daily volume targets for accounts are met. 11\. Manage resources to effectively achieve objectives. 4\.0 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Impact 1\. Process KPIs. 2\. Weekly account volume. 3\. Customer complaints (0\). 4\.
