Job Summary: We are seeking an operator assistant with desirable experience in screen printing or flexography, responsible for machine support, paint handling, and general plant cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Operator support during startup and model changes. 2. Desirable experience in screen printing or flexography. 3. Willingness to rotate activities across multiple areas. - Experience in screen printing or labels (desirable) - Experience in small-drum flexographic machines (desirable) - Operator support during startup and model changes. - Willingness to rotate activities across other areas (Zipper, Extruder, Pelletizing, and Printing). - Supplying paints. - Checking paint viscosity. - Loading, unloading, and labeling rolls. - Assisting the machine operator with machine preparation for each setup change. - Washing trays. - Plant cleaning and organization. - Core cutting. - Removing empty drums. - Replacing and strapping doctor blades. - Availability and willingness to work shift changes.-Requirements- Minimum education: Primary education years of experience Age: between 22 and 45 years Knowledge: Equipment management, Cutting, Printing, Cleaning, Screen printing, Painting Keywords: assistant, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide, operator, operator, operator
