This position is critical to ensuring productive efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and timely project delivery. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar role within structural machining. * Solid knowledge of metal structure fabrication. * Ability to manage and lead operational teams. * Ability to read and interpret structural drawings. * Results-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving. * Willingness to relocate to Tijuana, Baja California. * Valid driver's license. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations. * Lead production teams (welders, assemblers, and technical staff). * Ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules and delivery timelines. * Implement continuous improvement strategies in production processes. * Control efficient use of materials, machinery, and human resources. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Monitor performance indicators and report results to management. * Statutory benefits. * Willingness to relocate. * Salary negotiable based on experience.
