Leadership and organizational skills Requirements \*Age between 24 and 35 years. \*Minimum 1 year of experience as a store manager, supervisor, or store leader. \*Passion for sales and customer service. \*Creative with enthusiasm for handicrafts. \*Leadership and organizational skills with a focus on conflict resolution. \* Organized with a focus on project follow-up and execution. \* Proficiency in computer use and point-of-sale systems. \* Responsible, proactive, and honest attitude.
