Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team, manage operations, and achieve sales targets in a pharmacy, ensuring customer satisfaction and staff development. Fosters a productive and pleasant work environment. **Store Manager for a Pharmacy** **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Education: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma. * Availability to rotate shifts: morning, midday, and closing. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Personnel management. * Inventory management. * KPI management. * Basic PC and Office software proficiency. * Handling of cash and valuables. * Performance indicator management. * Customer service. * Skills: Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and teamwork. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with institutional metrics by promoting sales to achieve commercial goals, continuously analyzing information displayed on control dashboards. * Develop sales strategies to meet established objectives. * Coordinate and supervise the sales team to guarantee optimal performance. * Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Develop customer service team members' service skills and product offering capabilities through appropriate professional image. * Supervise accurate inventory updates, product facing, store cleanliness, and the appearance of the assigned team. * Conduct timely multifunctional tracking of star products, motivating staff to reach their targets and achieve the highest possible sales numbers. * Prepare daily sales reports as well as daily, weekly, biweekly, or ad-hoc reporting checklists. * Register new branch employees in the system. * Ensure that direct reports comply with the internal work regulations, internal policies, legal guidelines, and service protocols. * Evaluate direct reports by measuring performance, providing feedback, and training them in areas needing improvement to deliver better customer service. * Ensure all pharmacy staff understand their responsibilities and daily tasks and have the necessary supplies to perform them effectively. * Foster a productive and pleasant work environment.
