Reporting requested performance indicators to your supervisor and/or KAM (e.g., pricing, exposure). Monitoring competitors’ activities and promptly notifying your supervisor of any developments. Checking product inventory. Maintaining a good relationship with the store manager \- in charge. Introducing the product to the target audience, highlighting its benefits. Distributing product samples/sachets, promotional items, and advertising materials. Placing POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials at the point of sale. Performing customer service functions.
