Promotes environmental care and interpersonal relationships. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Minimum completed high school diploma * Experience in driving and preventive maintenance of a collection vehicle, as well as cargo handling and loading * Valid Class B driver’s license; thorough knowledge of the city * Experience in parcel delivery and courier services, logistics, and documentation * Interest in environmental care **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Interpersonal skills * Service-oriented attitude, dynamic, creative * Organized, responsible, disciplined * Analytical ability and common sense * Strong numerical reasoning **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Start shift and record vehicle odometer reading. * Accurately enter customer data into the system. * Select the payment method used by the customer. * Perform daily cash reconciliation, delivering documented shipment proceeds at the end of each day. * Assist with: bank deposits, delivering receipts to customers, delivering collections payments. * Full knowledge of and strict compliance with merchandise shipment acceptance policies. * Deliver assigned packages to partner locations, properly documented, within the scheduled time frame according to service type (next-day, economy), with both parties signing for receipt and delivery. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Excellent base salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (year-end bonus, savings fund) * Tools provided for performing job duties * Initial training and ongoing advisory support as needed * Uniforms provided at no cost **DETAILS:** * Permanent employment * On-site workplace * Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–1:00 pm and 3:00 pm–6:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am–1:00 pm.
