Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and quality tools Job Description and Activity Details * Manage and maintain the effective operation of the company-wide ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, and develop and control documented information to support QMS development. * Coordinate internal audits to ensure QMS implementation complies with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, verifying that documented processes are being generated. * Report to interested parties on quality management system performance and opportunities for improvement, including senior management. * Ensure a customer-focused approach is promoted throughout the organization. * Ensure the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when planning and implementing changes to the quality management system. * Keep applicable departments informed about documentation received from external sources. * Implement necessary corrective actions upon identifying nonconformities in the QMS. * Coordinate Management Review Meetings and gather required information for such meetings. * Maintain control over documented information generated by departments. * Handle external audits of the QMS conducted by the certification body. * Participate in continuous improvement programs implemented by the organization. * Follow up on customer complaints through procedures, control and verification of final product returns and replacements, monitoring reported issues for resolution and prevention of recurrence in the market, coordinated with relevant departments to implement necessary corrective actions. * Collaborate and provide support in preparing reports and activities related to product safety standards \[UL, FCC, NOM, CSA, etc.], ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) control. * Experience in QMS certification and recertification processes. * Experience in project development. * Training as QMS Lead Auditor. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D, 5S, DOE, Turtle Diagram, among others. * English proficiency level of 80% or higher.
