Description and details of responsibilities We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team! Your primary function is to support the department and provide excellent service to internal and external customers. **Responsibilities include:** ° Ensure control and accuracy of new products. ° Update plant layout designs. ° Prepare Engineering Change Notices. ° Collaborate with the Import/Export department for proper transfer of tools, machinery, accessories, etc. Analyze cost variances in work orders. ° Implement process improvements, resolve issues, manage projects, and train employees. ° Participate in internal and external audits. ° Design, develop, test, and justify tooling, machinery, and equipment costs for recommended manufacturing methods. ° MRB meetings: Establish manufacturing standards and processes to ensure product and process quality. Contribute ideas for implementing new manufacturing methods.
