Position Summary: This Warehouse Associate role involves managing a tool and spare parts warehouse, ensuring material availability, and collaborating with teams to meet performance metrics. Conducts inventories and internal audits **Your Role** In this role, you support the tool warehouse area, delivering excellent customer service while maintaining control over the spare parts warehouse to ensure material availability. With a presence in more than 40 countries, Molex offers a full range of connectivity products, services, and solutions for the data communications, medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics industries. **What You’ll Do** * Operate the automated warehouse (ASRS), receive, pick, and deliver direct materials from suppliers/internal customers, external customers, and 3PLs. * Prepare raw materials for assembly lines. * Receive raw materials (totes) with partial assembly quantities into the automated warehouse (ASRS). * Operate the automated warehouse interface or software. * Maintain logs and/or records (Inbound\-Outbound). * Conduct weekly/cycle inventories per schedule/list. * Maintain 5S standards for both material handling equipment and facilities. * Perform internal audits. * Control and manage SCRAP. **Who You Are** * Experience as a Warehouse Associate and operation of sit-down forklifts Understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and materials processes * Practical knowledge of optimization and WM and logistics process principles * SAP experience * Flexible working hours **What Would Give You an Advantage** * Experience in a similar role At Koch, we are entrepreneurs.
