Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to investigate incidents, determine accountability, and prevent asset losses in a manufacturing company. Key Highlights: 1. JUNIOR INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER We are a Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing steel poles and fittings for the electrical industry. We operate two manufacturing plants spanning seventeen hectares of production and storage facilities, equipped with world-class machinery and technology. JOB OBJECTIVES Identify responsibility for reported and observed incidents through CCTV investigations, interviews, and evidence collection at relevant locations to determine accountability and thereby prevent potential asset losses. REQUIREMENTS: Completed bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science, Public Security and/or Law or related fields. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. CCTV Management 2. GPS-Based Access Control 3. Investigations 4. Loss Prevention ACTIVITIES a) Investigate damage to company machinery and facilities, as well as theft of equipment, tools, materials, and personal belongings, by reviewing the CCTV system and conducting direct interviews with involved personnel, to prevent recurrence and avoid organizational asset losses. b) Investigate unsafe acts and conditions through the CCTV system and direct interviews with involved parties to determine responsibility and implement preventive and/or corrective measures. c) Investigate disciplinary infractions committed by all personnel within and around the company premises, by reviewing the CCTV system and requesting support from competent authorities when necessary, to take appropriate actions and thereby prevent possible asset losses and, in emergency cases, safeguard personnel integrity. d) Maintain statistical control of reported incidents, keeping the database (incident log) up to date and analyzing the vulnerability, frequency, and impact of identified asset-related risks to implement preventive, corrective, and control measures.
