




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to develop menus, plan staff tasks, oversee food preparation, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Focus on food safety and plating logistics **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, or related field. * Work experience: Minimum 2 years as a Kitchen Supervisor. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and allergens. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with the FIFO system (First-In, First-Out). **Responsibilities:** * Develop menus considering the quality and quantity of ingredients used in each dish. * Plan kitchen staff tasks and supervise their work. * Prepare food and supervise dish finishing (cooking level, seasoning, temperature) and presentation. * Organize plating logistics according to staff shift schedules. * Train staff on occupational safety and hygiene standards and monitor compliance. * Handle kitchen procurement orders and control quality, quantity, and proper storage of supplies. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Base monthly salary of $13,000. * Statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS contributions. * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,106. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Laundry service.
