




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter to manage and administer recruitment and selection processes for administrative staff, as well as coordinate onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: -Manage and administer recruitment and selection processes for administrative personnel, as well as coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. Main Responsibilities: -Publishing job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and channels -Resumé screening, initial telephone and in-person interviews -Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments -Coordinating interviews with department heads -Creating and managing digital and physical employee files -Using institutional platforms such as IMSS, SAT, CFE, among others, for onboarding-related procedures and validations -Monitoring the entire hiring and employee registration process -Continuously updating databases and preparing recruitment-related reports -Supporting onboarding and welcome activities for new employees Requirements: Previous experience in: -Operational and administrative recruitment -Competency-based interviews -Field recruitment -Availability to work onsite Salary: $10,000 MXN monthly base + $3,000 MXN bonus (measured by KPIs) Working Hours: -Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM -Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM We Offer: -Statutory vacation days -IMSS coverage from day one -Consistent Sunday rest days -Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) -Savings fund -Weekly salary payments via debit card (provided by us) -Vacation bonus (Prima vacacional) -All statutory benefits -100% statutory contributions. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 22 and 40 years Keywords: selection, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
