Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager in carpentry to coordinate production and manage personnel, with expertise in CNC machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and coordinates production in a carpentry workshop. 2. Manages work teams to optimize activities. 3. Applies knowledge of CNC and cutting machines for programming. Furniture Factory is looking for: ***Workshop Manager in Carpentry*** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a workshop manager in a carpentry shop * Personnel management experience (must have coordinated at least 20 employees) * Education: Engineering degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience * Knowledge of CNC, automatic, and semi-automatic cutting machines (operation and programming) **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of time, activities, and production * Personnel management **Offers:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM – 1 PM * Weekly salary: $3,500 to $4,000 MXN (based on experience and competencies) * Statutory benefits **Location:** El Castillo, Salto, Jal., between 20 de Noviembre and Carretera el Salto.
