Position Summary: Ensure operational continuity across branches by managing maintenance, technological infrastructure, and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for technological inventory and hardware allocation **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure operational continuity across all branches through strict adherence to the Annual Maintenance Program, efficient management of technological infrastructure, and proactive user support. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Annual Maintenance Program Management:** Lead the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment and peripherals across all branches, ensuring compliance with annual schedules. * **Technical Support:** Resolve incidents via help desk and remote support tools. * **Project Management:** Supervise assigned technical implementations, ensuring delivery timelines and quality. * **Infrastructure Management:** Supervise and maintain closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and network equipment. * **Asset Control:** Responsible for technological inventory and hardware resource allocation. * **Business Continuity:** Administer servers, critical applications, and information/database backup systems to prevent loss of digital assets. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * **Advanced Maintenance:** PC hardware, laptops, thermal and office printers. * **Planning and Control:** Proficiency in project management methodologies and maintenance scheduling. * **Networks and Security:** CCTV administration, communication equipment configuration, and remote support. * **Software:** Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite. * **Server Administration:** Windows Server environments and backup management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Administrative Informatics, or related field. * Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle (frequent travel to branches required). * Availability: Flexible working hours according to the maintenance program’s needs. **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits.
