Experience in Operational Excellence and Advanced Tools Metal Recycling Company seeks for its Maintenance Department: **MAINTENANCE PLANNER** Functions and Responsibilities * Evaluate asset condition and identify potential failures using FMEA (predictive/deductive) * Establish preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, prioritizing the most critical tasks. * Schedule consumables versus spare parts. * Coordinate with supervisors and managers regarding human resources, materials, and tools. * Coordinate with other departments to align timing and ensure proper task execution and resource availability. Job Requirements: * Valid standard and automatic car driving license. * Willingness to travel. * Basic English proficiency. * Advanced Office skills. * Flexible working hours. Qualifications * Education: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning and projects. * Experience with Operational Excellence systems; knowledge of TPM, PM, TBM, FI, etc. * Understanding or experience with advanced maintenance tools.
