Our citrus products are available across all distribution channels, and our consumer brands are especially prominent in the produce sections of supermarkets globally under our flagship brands: Wonderful Halos Mandarins, Wonderful Seedless Lemons, and Wonderful Sweet Scarletts Texas Red Grapefruit. **Job Description** **This is what you’ll do:** * Plan departmental irrigation and fertilization activities. * Operate wells, pump stations, and reservoirs. * Lead, organize, and supervise the work team to ensure operational efficiency. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of irrigation equipment. * Execute area requirement requests (replacements, relocations, etc.). * Weekly and monthly activity planning. * Supervise departmental overtime activities to achieve irrigation performance indicators. **Requirements** **This is what you’ll bring to the team:** * Agricultural Engineer specializing in fertigation or related field with experience. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in irrigation system operations. * Knowledge of surveying (preferred). * Personnel management experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Budget management experience. * Knowledge of operational costs. * Yield management experience. * English language proficiency (80% preferred).
